Our office accepts most major credit cards, Health Savings cards, Flexible Spending cards, checks, and cash. We are also proud partners with third party companies such as CareCredit and Lending Club. Both companies are designed to help you afford the dentistry you need. For patients with dental insurance, we will do our best to assist you in making the best of your insurance benefits. For patients without dental insurance we have the solution for you! Our team has developed an In-Office Membership Plan to help maximize your in-office discounts and assist in providing routine dental cleanings, x-rays and checkups at an affordable price. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options with you before we begin, so you can make financial choices that work best for you. Dental care represents an excellent investment in an individual’s well-being, and we are here to help you with the financial aspects of obtaining the care you deserve.

*Making payments via Pre-Paid Debit Card or Credit Card will result in a 2.99% processing fee. There is no processing fee for making a down payment with a traditional Debit Card.
We defer to the refund policies put in place by Shipp Family Dentistry and cannot initiate a refund without their approval.
Once Shipp Family Dentistry authorizes a refund we will deposit the refunded amount (full or partial) into your account. Your Cherry account status and loan balance are adjusted accordingly.
If a partial refund is issued, your loan amount will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If a refund is issued in full, any payments made on your loan will be returned to you.
